The number of foreigners visiting Turkey dropped by 5.3% year-on-year to 2.17 million in February 2025, following a 6.1% increase in the previous month. Arrivals from key source countries declined, namely Iran (-1.3% to 223.2 thousand), Russia (-4.5% to 179.5 thousand), Bulgaria (-17.5% to 167.6 thousand), Germany (-17.8% to 150.3 thousand), and Georgia (-1% to 102.4 thousand).
