Perù Tasso Di Inflazione

The annual inflation rate in Peru’s capital, Lima, stood at 1.69% in July 2025, unchanged from June’s four-month high, with food prices rising the most in 15 months (1.68% vs 1.49% in June). However, the latest reading remained within the Peruvian central bank’s target range of 1% to 3%. Inflation also moderated for recreation and culture (2.68% vs 2.96%) and restaurants and hotels (2.82% vs 2.84%). Meanwhile, inflation moderated further for housing and utilities (0.12% vs 0.45%), transport (–0.02% vs 0.13%), and education (4.00% vs 4.07%), while miscellaneous goods and services accelerated slightly (2.69% vs 2.61%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices increased by 0.23% in July, up from a 0.13% rise in June.
